Refund / Return Policy
- Scope of policy application
This policy applies to all purchased garden supplies (including but not limited to tools, decorations, plant care products, etc.).
Customized products, perishable items (such as seeds and live plants), and special clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange by default. For details, please refer to the product page description. - Situations where returns and refunds are not supported
For the sake of product characteristics and hygiene and safety considerations, we currently do not accept any form of return or refund, including
Customer subjective reasons (such as color/size not meeting expectations, wrong purchase);
Goods without quality issues (such as intact packaging and tools that have been opened and used);
Transportation damage caused by the customer’s failure to pick up the package in time. - Exception Handling (Optional Clause)
If the goods are damaged during transportation or have major quality problems, please provide the following materials to the customer service email notward@yuigardensupplie.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
Order number and clear photos/videos of the problem product;
A damage certificate issued by the logistics company (if applicable).
We will provide you with an exchange or compensation plan as the situation requires, but reserve the final right of interpretation. - Consumer rights Tips
